In order to install these parts, I think the first thing we need to do is the detailed cleaning of the inner fenders and all of the undercarriage parts in that area. It is necessary to insulate the area with a Black Stone Chip Anti Grevel Aeresol Spray Paint. Only this way I will be able to work in this clean area. Now I’m starting to do this work. Yeah, folks. I managed to get the tire out as a result of a lot of hard work. This happened to me for the first time in my life. Although I removed all the wheel bolts, the wheel stuck to the disc and did not come out. I made it too hard. With the help of WD40, I removed the wheel using a technique. Knocking the impact, kicking didn’t work. Spray the WD40 between the disc and the rim. and then you need to do it, get the car out of the jack. You should do this when the wheel bolts are not attached. As a result of this process, the wheel rides itself on the weight of the car and throwing itself out After this stage, you lift the car with the jack and remove the tire. It is really interesting. There was a new inner fender, but he got rid of the clips and torn. Now we will clean this area with all the chassis parts inside, like shock absorber, spring, brake hoses etc. and then apply insulation spray here. You can put cellulosic thinner into the spray container and apply to the areas to be cleaned, with the help of a green sponge you can do this job. You can buy cellulosic thinner from the shops that sell chemicals or at the hardware store. I’m taking it as a gallon. I’m gonna fill this in our spray bottle, and then I’m gonna use it in the field. We cleared the caliper, brake disc and the area around it. We’ve cleared the corrosion. Cellulosic thinner is a very powerful cleaner. Today, we will paint the caliper, the upper peak of the brake disc and the core area with anti-corrosion paint. There is a special paint that protects against corrosion. Its called Motip Alu-Zinc Spray. I have a variety of Motip paints. I’il show you this soon. But I decided that the most suitable one is Alu – Zinc Spray, which provides protection against corrosion. We will now mask this area and then proceed to the painting process. Yes, my friends. As the first stage, I introduce two of the products we use. I’m usually using Motip. They have quality products. First, there is a product called Motip Stainless Steel Spray. The purpose of this spray, as written on it, re-polishes the surface, revitalizes, cleans perfectly and prevents rusting. This is the most important thing for us, we will use it on our brake disc and the parts around it. But first, we will use the rust remover, Motip Penetrating Oil. We will apply this to our brake disc and caliper. After we clear the rust, we’re going to use that anti-corrosion product. Then, we will do the painting with Alu-Zinc Spray. Yes, folks, by using our products, we cleaned and protected our brake disc and caliper. First, with the Motip penetrating oil rust remover, we received the last rust residues on the brake disc. Then, with Motip Stainless Steel Spray, we protected our brake disc against rusting. Now we’re going to masking. Then, with Motip Alu-Zinc Spray, we will go to paint stage. Yes friends. Our masking is over. Now we have the spray stage. Let me introduce you to the material we will use. Motip Alu-Zinc Spray. It is a product developed for industrial use. It has anticorrosive and durability up to 300 degrees. It contains aluminum and zinc. Thanks to these base elements, it provides good adhesion to the surface and does not require any primer. It also prevents rusting. That’s why I’m going to use this stuff. I prefer to use this special paint, rather than any standard caliper paint. You can buy this product from the internet or from the shops that sell chemicals and paints Now let’s go to our application. Shake the product for two minutes before use. I did it this way. I painted the exposed areas of our disc. When it dries, I will turn the bottom area of the disc and paint it. From below and from above .. The important thing is to work by seeing. Yeah, folks, now we’ve turned the other side of our disk that we didn’t paint. We did the masking and paint those areas. Now let the paint dry thoroughly and then remove the masking papers. Yeah, folks. After painting the parts of our brake disc that need to be painted, now its time to our calipers. After doing all the necessary masking process, we are now starting to paint our caliper. The material we will use is Motip Alu – Zinc Spray Paint. I’m going to use this material again, because it has corrosion protection. I have a special paint from Motip, that is resistant to 600 degrees heat too. But I prefer that paint in places like the exhaust system. The material I will use in this caliper will also be Motip Alu-Zinc Sptay, which has the feature of protection against corrosion. We will spray the paint in thin coats, this is enough. Yes, my friends. Now we’re doing our second coat of paint. Yes, we did it in a thin layer. That’s enough. After we remove the masking, we’re gonna look at the result together. Yes, friends, caliper and brake disc center painting process is completed. The result was truly spectacular. I can say it was perfect, new like compared to the old one. Now it’s the middle knuckle’s painting time. Let’s do this and proceed step by step. Let’s work on a regular basis. We’re going to do the masking. Favori or other brands have very good quality matte black paints. But I’m going to use Motip’s 690 degree heat-resistant, special-series paint for this area. Because it is a paint that adheres to the surface and does not come off easily. What is important to me is persistence before visualization. I’m going to use this paint because I’m looking for permanence. Now let’s go to the paint process. Yeah, folks. After this first layer has dried, we will remove the masking and go to the back section. A single layer is enough for this area. Because it’s a permanent paint, and I’ve used it extensively. It was truly spectacular. When dry, it will have a matte, pleasant and rough appearance. Just like metal coating Yes, a hard work has been completed successfully. Yeah, folks. As you can see, our brake caliper, brake disc, knuckle and other undercarriage parts are painted. It was truly spectacular. Now there’s only one missing place. Inner fenders insulation paint process. We will do this together. But first, a few areas have masking. First do the masking and then proceed to the isolation paint process. Now we have the insulation paint stage. The product we will use is SikaGard 6470 S. I bought this product at the beginning of 2016, the year I painted the car. I got three of these. Very high quality product. Made in Austria. Now this material is hard to find on the internet. I’m going to use these three can products in the inner fender area. 3 cans will be enough for the innder fenders. I will use Motip Stone Chip insulation product. Now let’s go to our application. Yes, dear friends. As you can see, the first layer was completed and the result was spectacular. It was really great.
