FMA Exercises on a Wooden Dummy

Centre of Oshawa, Ontario. Tonight is #3 of Solo Workout Tips. Here, we have a Wing Chun Dummy. I want to show you some check hand exercises
on the Wing Chun Dummy. It will improve the agility and dexterity
of your check hand. Let me show you some sample exercises, starting
with the top part here. You just go back and forth as relaxed as possible. The next one is going up and down. Just relax
as much as possible. The next exercise is to go clockwise. Counter clockwise Okay? The next exercise is to go from the inside
to the outside. Pulling exercises. Okay? The
next exercise that I like to use is to alternate
hitting with the hand and the stick. The first one is to hit only this and move
back and forth with my hand. Like this. The
next one is to alternate both. Just use your imagination. Do these exercises on something like this
