#FestPac2016: Māori clay artists honoured to exhibit work


Clay artist from NZ are honoured
their work has gone on display at an art gallery in Guam alongside other clay artists
from the Pacific. Nga Kaihanga Uku
is a group of clay artists from throughout NZ who have been
working hard to complete their work in time for the exhibition. Rapaera Tawhai with more. A piece of NZ on display in Guam. Nga Kaihanga Uku is made up
of a group of clay artist from NZ who each made pieces
to put on display in Guåhan (Guam). There are a mix of old
and contemporary clay work. Their main objective
is to showcase Maori work. Their work will go on display
with other clay artist from the Pacific
until the end of the festival. Rapaera Tawhai, Te Karere.
