Auflauf Griechischer Art | Einfaches Rezept | Auflaufform

Hello my dear, I greet you warmly to a new video. Today we make a casserole, Greek style. We need the following ingredients: – 500g pork minced meat Alternatively, chicken meat is also available. – 3 or 4 potatoes. – 2 onions – 2 peppers – 1 eggplant – 3 tomatoes. – about 250g mayonnaise – some hard cheese (it works without cheese) – add some oil to the casserole dish. – Salt and pepper to taste First we slice the eggplant. Not too thick and not too thin. I cut the aubergine again in half, so it fits better in the casserole dish. I salt the eggplant and put it away first. That’s enough salt. The eggplant can pull first. Next, the minced meat is salted and peppered. That’s to taste. As everyone likes. Nice mix everything. Now we cut the vegetables. I’ll cut the peppers into strips. The onions also in strips. Sliced the tomatoes and potatoes. Cut the potatoes as thin as possible. You can also grate the potatoes. Let’s get started. I have now cut the onions into strips with the peppers. I cut the tomatoes and potatoes into thin slices. Now we start to layer the whole thing in the casserole dish. Take a casserole dish. Sprinkle with sunflower oil. First, distribute the minced meat in the mold. Now the onions come over it. Then the potatoes. I evenly distribute the potatoes in the casserole dish. You can also take fewer potatoes, instead you can take more vegetables. Now let’s salt the whole thing again (to taste) Now we add the peppers. The aubergines come over the peppers. On the aubergines, the tomatoes come on it. Now let’s finish the sauce. I like to mix the mayonnaise with the cheese. That gives a nice crust. The sauce is now beautifully distributed. The whole thing now comes for 30 to 40 minutes at 200 C ° top and bottom heat. Off with you in the oven. It looks like this after about 30 minutes, but I leave it there for about 10 minutes. After a good 40 minutes my casserole is ready. Let’s take a look inside. So I will serve it to my guests. You can also cut the vegetables finer. All ingredients are through from inside. Have fun and a good appetite.

    Lieben Gruss aus Bulgarien
